FAQ

How do you raise your puppies?

Our puppies will be raised in our home and treated like family. Chief and Callie live inside and have a fenced-in yard to run and play in as well. We do ENS (early neurological stimulation, see tab at the top) as well as begin potty training, and socialization with adults and children.

Do you do health testing?

Yes! Callie is genetically health tested with Embark, those results are available upon request, though they're also mentioned on the "Dam" page. Ripley is health tested as well and completely clear.

Do Aussiedoodles shed? Are they hypoallergenic?

Our aussiedoodles are 50% Australian Shepherd, 50% Poodle, so their fur/hair depends on the way the genetics cross. Typically, aussiedoodles will shed less than an Australian Shepherd, however, may shed more than a Poodle. They will need groomed. There are no dogs that are completely hypoallergenic, however, with less shedding, many people with allergies tend to tolerate doodles much better.

Is there an application for a puppy?

Yes! Please visit the "Application" page through the link at the top of the page. It may be filled out at your convenience and we'll start reviewing them once we receive them. Approved applicants will be contacted to put down a non-refundable deposit.

When and how can I get my puppy?

All puppies must be 8 weeks old to leave their mother. They must be picked up from our home between 8 and 9 weeks unless other arrangements have been made for the puppy to stay longer (this would also add an additional boarding fee). We do not ship/fly puppies in cargo; they either need to ride with you or with a travel companion in the cabin of the airplane. I am also able to hand deliver puppies right to your door for an extra travel fee that is dependent upon distance, and other pet transportations services are available as well.

How much do your puppies cost?

Our puppies are $2000 for bi/tri-color (black and white or black, tan and white, or red, tan and white), and $2500 for blue or red merle. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to officially place your name on the reservation list. Why so much? We want to make sure our customers are committed and that our puppies go to excellent homes that are able to provide for the puppy for the duration of its life.
